This ride is one of the ultimate rides in the rain shadow part of the wind-swept desert landscape of the Himalayas with views of implausible gorges, high passes and enormous vistas passing through authentic Tibetan villages, barren ridges, eroded cliffs and Moraine valleys. Its landscape is unrivalled for it has a stupendous wilderness, pristine scenery, snow capped peaks, spectacular monasteries and caves.
Nepal is also where the ice – cold, mighty Himalayas meet the lush green tropical region of the Terai plains. Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu.
Upon arrival, you will be received by our representative and transferred in a private deluxe van to the hotel Yak & Yeti.
In the evening you will be briefed about the trip and it will be followed by a welcome dinner at a typical Nepali Restaurant with cultural show at “BhanchhaGhar”
Day 02: Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu
After breakfast you’ll be taken for a guided half a day’s sightseeing tour of Boudhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple.
You will be introduced to your motorcycles late in the afternoon along with a hands-on-session.
Day 03: Ride Kathmandu to Pokhara (approx. 210 Km)
Our first ride will be to Pokhara. As we exit Kathmandu, the road twists and turns as we negotiate the traffic and descend to Naubise,. Then the road becomes much larger and a much more smoother enjoyable ride on the highway to Kurintar, 103 kilometers from Kathmandu. We continue riding to Mugling, the junction where the highway bifurcates, South to Chitwan and West to Pokhara, welcomed by the Fishtail mountain in the majestic Annapurna range.
Day 04: Ride from Pokhara to Tatopani(105 Kms)
“Tato” means hot and “Pani” means water, a name earned courtesy of the hot springs and is a popular place for trekkers to relax and dip their weary bodies in the natural hot springs.
After an early breakfast, leave Pokhara and ride towards Beni (approx. 70 Kilometers) on the Baglung Highway. This
section of the ride provides fantastic mountain vistas, picturesque terraced farmlands and an opportunity to walk on one of Nepal’s famous suspension bridges. Ascend gradually through the Kali Gandiki gorge, the deepest gorge in the world. There is a continuouschange in the topography with every twist and turn until our arrival at Tatopani.
Day 05: Ride Tatopani to Muktinath (3710 m)(approx. 70 Km)
Day 06: Ride Muktinath to Kalopani via Marpha(approx. 46 Km)
Day 07: Ride to Kalopani to Pokhara (approx. 126 Km)
Day 08: Free Day or ride around Pokhara
Day 09: Ride Pokhara to Chitwan (approx. 170 Km)
Day 10: Ride Chitwan to Nagarkot(approx. 192Km)
Day 11: Ride Nagarkot to Last Resort (approx. 100 Km)
Day 12: Ride Last Resort to Kathmandu (Approx. 115 km)
Day 13: Free Day in Kathmandu
