Cancellation policy and terms

Cancellation Policy
1. These are specially priced deals and are Non Refundable.
2. Planetwayround will ensure that if any change or cancel in the plan, they do plan the arrangements and inform in advance. Occasionally, Planetwayround may have to make changes and reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, it will be informed to you at the earliest possible date.
3. Force Majeure:  If Planetwayround are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond their control (e.g. bad weather), they shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour, if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
4. If the tour has already commenced, then they shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
5. If you want to change your holiday plan after confirmation of services, in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), Planetwayround will do their best to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to the amendment will be borne by you.
6. We will only refund charges levied by us minus all applicable taxes.

8. Force Majuere: Planetwayround shall be excused from the performance or punctual performance of any of terms and conditions/services/tour or part thereof as above, if the performance thereof is prevented or delayed by any cause beyond the reasonable control of the company, which shall include acts of God, riots, wars, accidents, embargo, terror attacks, coup strike, natural calamities or requisition (acts of government), or delays/negligence/carelessness in the performance of the independent contractors caused by any such circumstances as referred herein. Any additional cost incurred by the Company, for the services provided to the Client, during the Force Majeure event, shall be paid by the Client.
9. All dispute/complaints with respect to these terms and conditions and the tour and services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts at Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India only.

Refund terms

Less than 30 days before the travel date: No refund 
Beyond 30 and up to 60 days from the date of travel: 50% refund
Beyond 60 and up to 90 days from the date of travel: 75% refund
Beyond 90 days from the date of travel: 100% refund
Please note that car rental, bike rental, airline booking, visa fees etc are governed by third parties and are not controlled by us.
